We are a family business. We run the whole renovation: planning, demolition, partitions, plumbing and electrics, tiling, kitchen, aluminum, finishing and painting. You do not have to gather crews and coordinate them with each other, we coordinate all the specialists ourselves.

We do not recommend a full renovation to everyone. We come, assess the real condition of the apartment and tell you honestly what is needed: sometimes it is a targeted partial job, sometimes a full renovation really is better.

What it costs

A full renovation of an apartment of about 90 m² usually costs ₪120,000 to ₪190,000. By area: 60 m² roughly ₪70,000-115,000, 80 m² ₪95,000-155,000, 100 m² ₪120,000-190,000, 120 m² ₪145,000-225,000. A medium bathroom renovation is ₪25,000-33,000.

This is a general estimate for 2026 in central Israel. The real price depends on the condition of the apartment, the level of finish and the layout, and it can only be seen after a visit. The visit and a detailed quote carry no obligation.

How we work

1. Visit and quote. We come, look at the apartment, measure, choose materials and name a price
2. Schedule. We prepare a week-by-week work schedule with dates for each stage
3. Demolition and construction. Demolition, waste removal, drywall walls, layout changes
4. Utilities. Plumbing and electrics before the walls are closed
5. Floors, kitchen, aluminum. Tiling, kitchen, windows and shutters
6. Finishing and handover. Microcement, plaster or paint, doors, light fixtures and a final check
